A University of Miami graduate from the class of ’95, with a focus in Criminal Justice, Robert Bass Sr initially took a more unconventional route than most starting their career, with his first full-time job playing for the Chicago Bears and Green Packers in the mid to late 90s. After leaving the NFL he worked for the Montgomery County Sheriffs Department for over 10+ years before starting NLA Security in 2012 with a primary focus on making his community safer for all.

A fellow University of Miami graduate from the class of ’19, with a focus on Advertising, Robert Bass Jr has over 8+ years of experience in the security industry, along with 5+ years of experience in the luxury automotive sales industry as a master sales consultant and closing sales manager.

With over 8+ years of experience in the security industry. He manages multiple NLA Security contract sites, ensuring all manner of operations are running accordingly, as well as training all employees to maintain current industry standards.
